Homemade Tagliatelle!

My last post was about making tortellini, the concept is exactly the same, but apart from making tortelleni, you roll the pasta dough and cut into strips.
I don't own a pasta machine, so I rolled everything by hand and cut everything by hand. It took about an hour to roll and cut into strips.

Once you have made your dough (Recipe here), cut the dough into small chunks, so quarter the dough ball. Keep the parts you aren't using wrapped up to avoid drying.
Roll each dough ball out, then cut in half.
Roll out again and then cut into tagliatelle strips. You want each strip to be less than 1mm thick!
Dust each strip with flour so they don't stick to each other.
Voila tagiliatelle!

'till next time
